¿Cómo fue tu experiencia trabajando en el Proyecto a 10 Manos?

Mi experiencia con 10 manos es supongo la misma que todos, que la de todos los que formamos 10 manos. 10 manos es un proyecto que nació casi accidentalmente, teniendo en cuenta y pensando en hacer algo entre cocineros, colegas, amigos, así nació, muy informalmente y como dije accidentalmente, por una idea de Mauro Colagreco que tenía para invitar algunos cocineros Argentinos a cocinar a su restaurante y bueno, nació hace unos 4 años más o menos, hicimos la primer comida en Mirazur, en el restaurante de Mauro y con un grupo formado entre Mauro Colagreco, Narda Lepes, Germán Martitegui, Dario Gualtieri, Tato Giovannoni y yo, después lo incorporamos a Guido Tassi, como cocinero amigo, invitado y en algunos casos hemos invitado a otros cocineros. Es un espacio el de 10 manos es un espacio de relax, diversion y disfrute, creo que eso es lo mejor que tiene. Es un momento que disfrutamos mucho cuando nos juntamos a cocinar juntos nos divertimos, la pasamos bien, nos reímos, comemos, tomamos, en fin, es algo que no queremos dejar de hacer.

My experience with the 10 hands project I guess is the same for everyone, all of people part of the project 10 hands. 10 hands is a project that was created almost accidentally, taking into account and thinking of doing something between chefs, colleagues, friends, that’s how it was created, really informally as I said before, by accident, after Mauro Colagreco’s idea of inviting some Argentinean chefs to cook at his restaurant and well, it was created about 4 years ago, we did the first dinner at Mirazur, at Mauro’s restaurant and with a group formed by Mauro Colagreco, Narda Lepes, Germán Martitegui, Dario Gualtieri, Tato Giovannoni and me, then we incorporated Guido Tassi, as a friend chef,guest and in some cases we’ve invited other chefs. 10 hands project is a relaxing and fun space where we enjoy, I think that’s the best thing it has. Is a moment where we enjoy a lot, when we gather together to cook, we have a lot of fun, we laugh, eat, drink, it’s something we don’t want to quite doing.
