World-Renowned Peruvian Chef, Virgilio Martinez of Central Restaurante, Joins Forces With UNFCCC

Famous Peruvian chef Virgilio Martínez takes us on a tour of Central Restaurante and guides us through its eco-friendly philosophy. On December 10, 2014, he will prepare a traditional dish using a clean cook stove from one of the UNFCCC’s winning Lighthouse Activities. They will be cooking alongside United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, UNFCCC Executive Secretary Christiana Figueres and the Minister of the Environment of Peru Manuel Pulgar Vidal.
